“Acredita CI is characterized by the excellence, opinion independence and transparency in its decisions, spreading the importance of the accreditation processes of degrees and programs as a way of guaranteeing the quality of the Higher Education, executing these processes based on the defined ethical principles and standards of behavior, always within a context of continuous improvement”.
Client Satisfaction. The Survey to Entities is the instrument with which a tracking to the client is performed. At the end of the visit, this survey is issued to the entity, then the answers are entered into the Institutional Responses Tabulation form.
Internal Audit. The Internal Auditor is appointed by the organization itself and is in charge of the Internal Audit under the requirements of the ISO 9001 Family of Standards. The main function thereof is to perform internal audits, including planning, preparing and managing the audit programs and plans. As a result of the current size of the organization in the number of workers therein, the internal audit staff may be outsourced, provided that they meet the requirements as established in the documented procedure on internal audits. A yearly audit is established.
